We accept payments via credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, Zelle, Cash App, PayPal, Venmo, bank transfer (ACH), and cash for local clients only. All payments must be made in U.S. dollars unless otherwise agreed upon. For photography services, a non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking date, and dates are not confirmed until both the deposit and signed agreement are received. The remaining balance must be paid before final delivery unless otherwise outlined in writing. Travel expenses, lodging, parking, and any additional accommodations will be discussed and approved during consultation. Rush bookings, short-notice requests, same-day edits, or extended coverage beyond the agreed-upon timeframe may result in additional fees.

For graphic design and clothing design services, full payment is required before any work begins. No concepts, drafts, revisions, or final files will be created or delivered until payment has been received in full. Rush design requests are subject to expedited service fees, and revisions are limited to the agreed scope of the project, with additional revisions potentially incurring additional charges. For apparel projects, design fees are separate from production, sampling, or manufacturing costs unless explicitly stated. All design sales are final once work has commenced.
